"Accepting a level of incompetence."
When I started to work at restaurant, my boss said that "If you had questions, you should ask us. We have a responsibility to teach you. Also, you're new comer so it is not surprising you don't know."
I asked a lot when I had some questions and troubles. It is not shame but the way to learn.
by accepting own ignorance, people can learn and achieve goal.

Hi Kanoko,
返信削除Thank you so much for this, and for all of your blogging this term. I am sorry I got behind and wasn't able to comment on your final posts until just now, but you have truly done a wonderful job with your blog. You have summarized the text, connected the text to your own life, commented on class activities, etc. all with lovely illustrations.
I enjoyed your blog very much and appreciate all the work you did this term.
With such effort and enthusiasm you will go far. I encourage you to pursue your dream of working with children, and I hope my children can be part of your experience.
Should you be around for a few days more and wish to get started before the summer, please let us know as that would be good for us.
Take care and have a great summer.
Best,
Ken
